LEGAL CONTRACT

In the event that you require our services for custom orders, these are the legal obligations that serve as our commitment as US (TFD - seller) and YOU as the buyer. The communication emails also serve as legal contract.

MADE TO ORDER - STEPS

  2. Agreement

  3. Pay half of your order

  4. Production time

  5. Pay the rest + delivery cost

  6. Get your order

CONDITIONS

  1. Prices agreed after first payment are subject to increase by 15% for each item if any request or modification is requested by the client.

  2. Production time might be increase if any change is requested. If more items are needed, another separate payment / order will be created with same conditions as described here.

  3. If cancellation is requested by client/buyer during production time the 1st payment is non refundable.

  4. We don’t accept returns for made to order items, but we accept cancellations subject to point 3.
